My Goal is to make your buying and selling experience, as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
"Buying and selling a home is usually the single most exciting and expensive financial transaction a family or individual makes. My goal is to meet and exceed your expectations and needs as we work together in the sale of your present home or the purchase of your new home.
When we are working toward the purchase of a new home, I will do this by listening carefully to what your hopes and dreams are and seeking to find that one home that You will know is just the right one for you.
When we are selling your present home, I will guide you through the things that you can do to prepare your home to sell quickly and at the best possible price. Then I will market the property aggressively and keep you informed throughout the process."

Woody Parker: My 98 year-old father needed to sell his 2-story condo in order to move to Knoxville to live with his daughter due to health concerns. He contacted Frances late April. I met with dad and Frances to get things going. I immediately noticed how patient, understanding and informative she was. We got my dad ready to move within 2 weeks and had his condo cleaned out and ready to go on the market by mid-may. Several interested parties toured the condo. Within three weeks of the date the condo went on the market we had a contract on it. Because of health reasons my dad would not be able to attend the closing in early July. Therefore, I became the "attorney-in-fact" for him and took care of the details on his behalf. Frances worked diligently to keep me informed and to guide me through the process of providing all the information needed by the closing attorney. She was prompt in returning my calls and responding to emails. The closing went smoothly and I believe all parties were happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Frances to anyone searching for an agent.
Some people are very casual when it comes to signing papers that affect their finances for decades. But for those who recognize that small steps early in the game can affect major outcomes later, it's fortunate that there are professionals who dedicate themselves to learning about the process and local market conditions, and who can turn a nightmare of stress and confusion into a relatively painless experience (let's be honest).
I'm an educated professional with a few years of experience in this market, and I think I've seen almost every trick and turn of the industry already. I've also had intimate experience with properties in most of these neighborhoods, making me an invaluable person to talk to when it comes to relocation to or within this area. I'm confident that I can save you not only tens of thousands of dollars, but a great deal of time and emotional energy as well.
But I'm not simply a piece of hardware you can point at a house. I'm a human who laughs and smiles, and I'll take the time to find out what you really need most from me as a professional real estate agent. If you would like to know anything about my services, or if you'd like to hear about the local market from a human voice, please contact me at your convenience.
